1. General

These Terms of Service apply to all customers and visitors of manoreditions.com. Manor Editions reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display products accurately, but colours and finishes may vary slightly due to monitor settings and natural material variations.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) for customers in Canada and in US dollars (USD) for customers in the United States. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Manor Editions reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or product unavailability.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellations may be requested within 24 hours. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible for made-to-order or custom pieces. Please contact us promptly at info@manoreditions.com if you need to modify or cancel your order.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unused, and undamaged condition. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us at info@manoreditions.com within 48 hours with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and design, is the property of Manor Editions and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Manor Editions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
