At Manor Editions, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

Free Curbside Shipping

We offer complimentary curbside shipping on all orders across Canada and the USA. Curbside delivery means your order will be delivered to the curb or entrance of your building. Our delivery team will not bring items inside your home.

White Glove Delivery

White glove delivery (in-home placement and packaging removal) may be available in select areas for an additional fee. Please contact us at info@manoreditions.com to inquire.

Estimated Delivery Times

• In-stock items: 2–4 weeks from order confirmation
• Made-to-order / custom pieces: 8–14 weeks depending on the item

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to supply chain conditions, carrier delays, or your location. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Duties & Taxes

Most of our inventory ships from warehouses in the USA. For orders shipped to Canada, duties and import taxes may apply and will be calculated at checkout where applicable. Orders within the USA are not subject to import duties. Manor Editions is not responsible for any additional customs fees.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your delivery at the time of receipt. If your item arrives damaged, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us at info@manoreditions.com within 48 hours with photos. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
