At Manor Editions, we stand behind the quality of every piece we offer. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@manoreditions.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Shipping Costs & Return Labels

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. A return shipping label will be provided upon request, and the cost of the return label will be deducted from your total refund amount.
